Welcome to our website. By accessing and using this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. General
This website is owned and operated by Emilys studio. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Emilys studio.
2. Orders, Delivery & cancellations
We strive to process and deliver all orders in a timely and professional manner. Delivery times may vary depending on location and product availability. Products are usually dispatched in 7-18 working days but may take longer on bank holidays. Please allow at least 3-4 weeks for delivery of wedding or event signage (or third party products), we aren’t responsible if it doesn’t arrive in time for your wedding/event. Once orders have been placed they are processed straightaway and can not be cancelled or refunded.
If the correct shipping method isn’t selected we will issue a refund and will take 5-7 working days to be refunded to original payment method
3a. Custom Product Terms & Conditions
Design & Appearance
• Colours, fonts, vinyl placement, and sizing may appear slightly different in person due to variations in device displays. Minor design variations may also occur.
• Font styles are consistent across all designs. Some uppercase letters may appear as lowercase depending on the selected font—this is intentional and not an error.
• Layout styles remain consistent across all product types.

Please note that if the seating plan is ordered separately from the welcome sign, we cannot guarantee an exact colour match due to variations in printers and ink. To ensure consistency, we strongly recommend ordering all signage at the same time. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for colour discrepancies resulting from separate orders
Image & Personalisation Submissions
• Please ensure any uploaded image is high quality and fits within the designated area. We print exactly what is submitted and are not responsible for poor results due to low-resolution or unclear images. For best results, we recommend using the highest quality file available. Items that require a photo upload are all non refundable, especially if the quality of photo is poor. If image does not fit the required space (we will try our hardest to ensure it does), products may appear with a white boarder, to prevent this ensure the image is large enough for the desired gift.
• Personalisation details are copied and pasted exactly as provided by the customer. We are not responsible for errors in spelling, grammar, or formatting unless the mistake is on our part.
Returns & Replacements
• Refunds or replacements are not offered for design-based issues, such as unexpected font styles (e.g., lowercase appearance of uppercase letters) or unclear image prints resulting from the original file submitted.
• Some products are sourced from third-party manufacturers, which may result in extended delivery or replacement times beyond our usual processing schedule.
Items that require a photo upload are all non refundable, especially if the quality of photo is poor.

We will not refund or replace if we have wrote exactly as requested. If ‘ or capitals missing etc. We copy and paste information we aren’t responsible for spelling mistakes. Also if name and date isn’t provided we will not included these into the designs if we haven’t been provided. We aren’t responsible to chase these up (unless wedding PJs and wedding Robes). Therefore you will not be refunded or a replacement will not be sent if this is the issues.
Product Use and Liability Policy – 3m Dog Lead
The 3m dog lead sold on our website is designed and intended for use with small to medium-sized dogs only. Customers are responsible for assessing the suitability of the product based on their dog’s size, strength, and behavior. While we ensure the lead is manufactured to high-quality standards, we do not accept liability for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from misuse, overuse, or use with dogs that exceed the intended size or strength range. The customer assumes full responsibility for the safe and appropriate use of the product.
By purchasing this item, you acknowledge and accept that:
- The 3m dog lead is not suitable for large or strong dogs.
- It must be inspected regularly for wear and tear.
- We are not liable for any incidents resulting from breakage, misuse, or use beyond the recommended specifications.
If you have questions about whether this product is appropriate for your dog, please contact us before purchase.
3b. Reporting Issues
Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to report any issues related to their order, including but not limited to: missing items, damaged goods, incorrect products, or any delivery-related concerns. Reports made after this period may not be eligible for resolution or compensation.

4. Returns and Refunds
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Please contact me within 2 days of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the item and packaging.
- I will happily offer a replacement or refund in line with our inspection.
5. Limitation of Liability
We shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our products or services.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the site following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
7. Packaging
We believe in being environmentally friendly, due to this we package most orders by reusing boxes, bubble wrap, and packing peanuts from suppliers. This helps the environment.

Terms and Conditions – Limitation of Liability
1. Assumption of Risk
By purchasing and using our personalized items, including but not limited to soft toys, custom boards, and decorative products (“Products”), you acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for their appropriate use. You understand that misuse, improper handling, or unsupervised use—especially by children—can result in potential risks.
Please note that none of our items are suitable for young children. Our products are designed as decorative and gift items only and should be kept out of reach of small children due to potential safety risks.
2. No Liability for Injuries or Damages
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Emily’s studio and its owners, employees, affiliates, and representatives are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from the use or misuse of our Products. This includes, without limitation:
- Personal injuries (including but not limited to choking hazards, allergic reactions, or physical harm)
- Property damage
- Injuries to children, pets, or others due to improper use or lack of supervision
- Any modifications or alterations made to our Products after purchase
You are solely responsible for determining the suitability of the Products for the intended recipient, especially in the case of young children or individuals with special needs.
3. Supervision Required
Many of our Products are not toys and are intended for decorative purposes only. Any items that resemble toys or contain small parts should be kept out of reach of young children unless specifically labeled as safe for that age group. Always supervise children during use.

4. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Emily’s studio and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Products or any breach of these Terms and Conditions.
5. No Warranties
All Products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantees regarding the durability, safety, or suitability of any Product beyond what is stated in the product description.
Returns & Refunds
Thank you for shopping with us at Emilys studio. We hope you love your purchase, but if you’re not entirely satisfied, we’re here to help. Not We only refund cover of the item not postage fee!
1. Returns
If you wish to return an item, you have 14 calendar days from the date you receive it to let us know. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging (where applicable).

You’ll need to provide proof of purchase (e.g., your order number or confirmation email).
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Provide clear photos of the item and packaging.
Please note: due to the nature of handmade and personalised items, some products may not be eligible for return unless they are faulty. If the personalised item has a spelling error due to us misreading or misspelling, we will refund the item, however we do copy and paste personalisation request, so if it is an error on your end we do not offer refunds.
2. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
It is advisable to order Glowsticks a few weeks before the wedding as the vinyl might not last up to a year etc.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and it meets the above criteria, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
4. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable postal service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
5. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
