• Font Style Notice: The font used is consistent across designs. Some uppercase letters may appear in lowercase form based on the selected font style—this is intentional and not considered a fault. 

PLEASE NOTE: actual colours may vary. It’s important to note that they may look different on a real product than what you see on your computer monitor. This is due to the fact that every computer monitor has a different capability to display colours and that everyone sees these colours differently.

IMPORTANT: We will copy & paste the personalisation details given at checkout so please double check before submitting your order. Please note: The font style remains consistent across all designs. As a result, some uppercase letters may appear as lowercase, but rest assured they are intended to be uppercase. The layout style remains consistent across designs. 

Please note that none of our items are suitable for young children. Our products are designed as decorative and gift items only and should be kept out of reach of small children due to potential safety risks.

• Image Quality: We print images exactly as submitted. Please ensure your file is high resolution and fits within the provided area. We are not responsible for print quality issues caused by low-resolution or unclear images.

• Personalisation Accuracy: All customisation details are copied and pasted exactly as entered. We are not liable for any spelling, grammar, or formatting errors unless the mistake is ours. 

• Refunds & Replacements: We do not offer refunds or replacements for issues related to font appearance, image clarity, or customisation errors provided by the customer. Refunds/ replacements  are not offered for any personalised items 

• Third-Party Products: Some items are fulfilled by external suppliers. As a result, replacement and delivery times may vary and could extend beyond our standard schedule (Signs & Banners)
